The residence is found in the Gulf of Aranci in the location of ´Sos Aranzos´.
It is a structure of only 36 unities surrounded by a splendid typical mediterranean country side, it faces an English style garden and a natural lake, woods of pines and weeping trees: a fresh and relaxing ambience, ideal for children.

At 800 meters the beach of “Sottomonte” facing the splendid Island of Tavolara, at walking distance from the residence, along a walkway of beautiful nature.
Very close by you may find the beach of “Cala Sassari” and “Spiaggia Bianca” where it is possible to rent umbrellas and sun beds, with a bar on the beach and water bikes as well as peddle boats.

The apartments: they are furnished according to the taste of each owner, they are on ground floor or first floor with terrace or patio, covered private car park, indipendant entrance, kitchen area, washing machine and colour satelite TV.
