The Residence "Zodiac" is located in Porto Pozzo, a short distance from Santa Teresa Gallura and Palau. Porto Pozzo is an excellent starting point to visit the many and beautiful beaches of the north-east coast of Sardinia.

The Residence "Zodiac" is completely fenced. Access is allowed only to residents. It is divided into several buildings that are named after the different zodiac signs: "Aquarius", "Capricorn", "Ram" etc.

The Residence "Zodiac", consisting of 60 apartments, is characterized by paths, arches and capitals in granite, roofing with chestnut wood and green space. The colors are typical of Sardinia.
In the middle, the pool. All apartments have private parking (located within the complex).

The apartments are well furnished with TV, tables and chairs to stay outdoors. The first floor apartments have a balcony, the ground floor apartments have a veranda and a small garden.
