ONE ROOM APARTMENT
sleeps 2-4 people and consists of a bathroom,
living/dining room with cooking area, a double sofa bed, plus another double sofa bed or two single armchair beds to make up the four places.

TWO ROOM APARTMENT
sleeps 4-5 people, with either 1 or 2 bathrooms
the layout is the same as the one room apartment, with in addition a double bedroom.

THREE ROOM APARTMENT
sleeps 6-8 people, with 1 or 2 bathrooms
the layout is the same as the one room apartment, but in addition has a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds (which may sometimes be joined together) or bunk beds.

FOUR ROOM APARTMENT
sleeps 6-8 people, with 1, 2 or 3 bathrooms
the layout is the same as the three room apartment but with the addition of a third bedroom.

DETACHED VILLA
sleeps 4 or more people and consists of 1 or more bathrooms,
living/dining room with cooking area, one or more bedrooms, at least one of which is a double bedroom.
