Reimbursements and Cancellations

It is possible to ensure reimbursement of the deposit money, by paying the sum of € 15.00 per person (free for children under 4) upon booking. The guarantee comes into effect from the date you send off the contract containing the names of those insured, and expires 24 hours before departure. It is only valid if the insured person is unable to depart for one of the following reasons: illness, accident, injury or decease involving oneself, one's spouse, partner, children, parents, brothers, sisters, parents-in-law, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law; material damage following fire or natural disaster that affects the property of the person insured and therefore prevents his/her presence on holiday.

Insurance does not cover cancellations due to reasons other than the above, such as work commitments, day hospital, first aid treatment, chronic or psychiatric illness, strikes, etc…

Insurance excess franchise of € 50.00 is deducted from all refunds, and is charged to the client.

In the event of cancelling your stay, you need to inform Mare In S.r.l. as soon as possible. If the cancellation is due to one of the reasons covered by the insurance, you should inform us in writing, sending your letter to one of the company addresses or by fax to +39018221163. You should enclose medical certificates or other documents proving the reasons for your cancellation.
